No-Bake Pawpaw Pie

This pie is super quick and easy. It's basically banana cream pie but pawpaw style.





Ingredients:

1 Graham Cracker Crust (you can make your own or buy one)

1 package instant vanilla pudding

1 1/2 cups pawpaw pulp

1 cup of milk (I used almond but you could use any kind of milk)

1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream whipped with a little sugar and vanilla or 1/2 tub of cool whip (for the topping)


Directions:

Mix vanilla pudding mix, milk and pawpaw pulp together by hand or with a mixer until well blended. Pour into the crust. Refrigerate until set (I'd wait at least 1 hour). Top pie with whipped cream or cool whip. You could get fancy and pipe it on or just slap it on with a spatula. Or you could skip the whipped cream topping all together.


Serve cold, keep refrigerated.
